Can I customize my task lists?

Yes. Add, rename, duplicate, hide, reorder, resize and sort columns, choose from 12 column types, and edit the options in any dropdown.

Can I share tasks with other people?

Yes. Add friends, then assign tasks to them. Assigned tasks show up in their Shared Tasks page and they get notified.

Can my AI create tasks for me?

Yes. Connect SnapHighlight to Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP assistant, then say “task it”. The AI asks which list and adds the task. See the setup guide.

Can I export a task?

Yes. Any task page can be exported as a PDF.
